• You create a task in Sierra Interactive and Realty Hook creates a new task in your Google Task List - 1 Update
• You create a new transaction in sisu and Realty Hook is configured to add the Deposit Due, Inspection Period Ends and Closing Dates to your Google Calendar - 3 Updates
• You update an Inspection Date on your Google Calendar and Realty Hook updates that date in sisu - 1 Update
• You update a client's email address in sisu and Realty Hook updates the 3 Google Calendar events above with the new email address - 3 Updates

Estimate Your Needs

Transaction Dates to Google Calendar - Estimate how many transactions you have per month x the number of dates per transaction x the number of agents that will need those dates on their calendar (usually just one).

Tasks to Google Task Lists - Estimate how many tasks are launched per agent per month x the number of agents and then double that number to account for 1 update to create the task and another update to mark it complete.
